Hello everyone! Keeping your skin hydrated is so important. A hydrated skin has better elasticity and it's less sensitive by external factors. A healthy skin contains 70% water in the deeper layers and if this rate is less the skin shows symptoms of dryness and it loses its elasticity. It is a fact that the frequency of dehydration in today's women has increased a lot . Now moisturisers contain ingredients that can maintain the skin healthy and elastic. They also provide deep hydration almost 24 hours and retain moisture. So in the morning , right after cleansing our face is the best time to hydrate. The area that also needs hydration is the neck , which has exactly the same requirements for hydration as the face.
Even if your skin is oily , needs hydration too , you will just have to choose the right product , which should not contain a lot of fat ingredients. You should also know that compositions with alcohol dehydrate your skin , so it's best to avoid using them.
But the most important of all is water. How often do you drink water? Most people drink water when they feel thirsty. But feeling thirsty is a signal for low water level in your body. That means you should not drink small amount of water but at least 100ml of water every day.
So , you should do two simple things to keep your skin healthy and hydrated :
- Drink a lot of water
- Pick up the right product for you and hydrate your skin before sleep and in the morning after cleansing your face.
