How to wear red lipstick

Red lipstick is classic and has never been out of style. 

Red lips are so feminine and sexy but you have to know how to wear a red lipstick.

Many women assume that they can't wear red lipstick or they believe it doesn't look good on them.

That's wrong. I believe that every woman should follow some simple steps and then they will look amazing in red lipstick!

- Select the right color for you. 

It's so important to try different shades of red before buying one , just to know which shade fits you best. 

-Go light on the eyes and blush

It is important to go simple with your eye makeup , otherwise you might look like a clown.

Although that depends on the women. I have seen women wearing red lipstick with heavy eye makeup and it looked amazing. But in most women that doesn't happen. So go the safe way ;)

-Wear lip liner

Lip liner will help you define your lips better and it will help the lipstick last longer. The tip here is to wear the lip liner as it's your lipstick. We don't want to make lips bigger with the liner. We just want to give more intense to the color and to give more duration to your look!

-Apply concealer around the border of your mouth

-Check regularly for red lipstick on your teeth 

-Avoid deep red lipstick if you have thin lips

That will make your lips look thiner.

I personally love mat red lipsticks. I don't really like red glossy lipsticks.

But that's my personal taste.
